Last updated: draft, pending founder review — not yet in force.
When you request a free Store Audit, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your name, your Shopify store URL, and your email address. A request ID is generated automatically so your request can be tracked and referenced if you contact us about it.
We do not ask for, and the audit does not require, your Shopify account login, admin access, or any payment details at this stage.
To generate your audit, Squiggle reads your store's public product catalogue — the same product pages any shopper or AI assistant can see (title, description, images, price, availability, and similar publicly listed details). We never access your Shopify admin, sales data, customer data, or any information that isn't already publicly published on your storefront.
Your name, store URL, and email are used solely to generate your Store Audit and deliver the resulting report and workbook to your inbox, and — if you reply to claim it — to fulfil the paid Product Improvement Package. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your report and workbook are sent by email. We use standard email delivery to send them — no third-party marketing or analytics platform is involved in that delivery.
Squiggle's website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts of any kind. The only browser storage the site uses is session storage — a small reference ID kept in your browser tab while you submit an audit request, so the confirmation page can display it back to you. It is never sent to us, is not a cookie, and disappears when you close the tab.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to display this website; loading them makes a request to Google's servers in the ordinary way any embedded web font does. We do not embed any other third-party script on the public website.
We retain audit request records (your submission and the resulting Store Health Score) so that, if you request a re-audit, we can show you how your catalogue has changed over time. You can ask us to delete your records at any time — see Contact below.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
