Refund Policy

1. The Store Audit is free

Your Store Visibility Audit costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies only to the paid Product Improvement Package.

2. How an order is confirmed today

Squiggle does not yet have an automated checkout. You claim the Product Improvement Package by replying to your audit email; we confirm price and scope with you directly by email before any work begins or any payment is requested. No payment is taken without that direct confirmation.

3. Refunds before work begins

If you change your mind after confirming an order but before Squiggle has started work on your Product Improvement Package, you're entitled to a full refund — just let us know.

4. Refunds after delivery

The Product Improvement Package includes rewritten titles and descriptions for your priority products and a re-audit showing the change. If what's delivered doesn't match what was confirmed with you before work began, contact us and we'll make it right — by revision or, where that isn't possible, a refund proportional to the work not delivered as agreed.

5. What isn't covered

Squiggle cannot refund a purchase on the basis that an AI shopping assistant did not subsequently recommend a product — the Product Improvement Package is a service (the work of rewriting and re-checking your listings), not a guarantee of any specific recommendation, ranking, or sales outcome.
