Terms of Use

Last updated: draft, pending founder review — not yet in force.

Draft notice This page is a working draft prepared ahead of Squiggle's commercial launch. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified professional and should not be relied on as final or legally binding until the founder confirms it. Business identity details below are placeholders pending ABN registration.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the merchant using Squiggle) and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME — PENDING ABN REGISTRATION], trading as Squiggle (Australia). By submitting a Store Audit request or purchasing the Product Improvement Package, you agree to these terms.

2. What Squiggle does

Squiggle reads the publicly available product pages of the Shopify store URL you submit and produces a Store Visibility Audit: a Store Health Score, a report (PDF), and a Priority Action Workbook (spreadsheet), sent to the email address you provide. Squiggle does not require, request, or access your Shopify account, admin credentials, or any private data — only what is already public on your storefront.

The optional, paid Product Improvement Package involves Squiggle preparing rewritten product titles and descriptions for the products identified in your audit, delivered as paste-ready copy or applied directly to your store at your request and with your authorisation.

3. What the audit is — and isn't

The Store Health Score and every recommendation in your audit are Squiggle's assessment of how confidently AI shopping assistants can currently understand and recommend your products, based on the evidence present on your product pages at the time of the audit. It is a baseline, not a verdict, and not a guarantee of any outcome.

Squiggle does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, or that any AI system will recommend your products following changes made using Squiggle's recommendations.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the store URL you provide for audit, and that any changes you make to your own store — whether based on Squiggle's recommendations or applied by Squiggle at your request — remain your responsibility to review before publishing.

5. Payment

The Store Audit is free. The Product Improvement Package is a paid service; pricing current at the time of your order is stated in your audit email. Payment handling is in development — see the Refund Policy for how paid orders are currently confirmed and delivered.

6. Limitation of liability

Squiggle's audits and recommendations are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squiggle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, an audit, report, workbook, or the Product Improvement Package.

7. Changes to these terms

Squiggle may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
