These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant using Squiggle) and Squiggle (ABN 85 152 576 521), a sole trader based in Australia. By requesting a Store Audit or purchasing the Top 10 Product Improvement Package, you agree to these terms.
Squiggle reads the publicly available product pages of the Shopify store URL you submit and produces a Store Visibility Audit: a Store Health Score, a report (PDF), and a Priority Action Workbook (spreadsheet), sent to the email address you provide. Squiggle does not require, request, or access your Shopify account, admin credentials, or any private data — only what is already public on your storefront.
The optional, paid Top 10 Product Improvement Package involves Squiggle preparing rewritten product titles and descriptions for the products identified in your audit, delivered as paste-ready copy or applied directly to your store at your request and with your authorisation.
The Store Health Score and every recommendation in your audit are Squiggle's assessment of how confidently an AI shopping assistant can currently understand and recommend your products, based on the evidence present on your product pages at the time of the audit. It is a baseline, not a verdict, and not a guarantee of any outcome.
Squiggle does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, or that any AI system will recommend your products following changes made using Squiggle's recommendations.
You confirm that you are authorised to submit the store URL you provide for audit, and that any changes to your store — whether based on Squiggle's recommendations or applied by Squiggle at your request — remain your responsibility to review before publishing.
The Store Audit is free. The Top 10 Product Improvement Package is a paid service. The price current at the time of your order — currently A$495 (normally A$995) — is shown to you before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Squiggle never receives or stores your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt, and we begin work on your priority products once your payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law. The limitation below applies only to the extent the law permits.
Subject to section 6, Squiggle's audits and recommendations are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squiggle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, an audit, report, workbook, or the Top 10 Product Improvement Package. Where Squiggle is liable and the law permits us to limit that liability, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Squiggle may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
